well, what can I say? This home has some excellent features and benefits starting with how large the yard is, and the deck, not to mention the huge oversized garage. Plenty of room for kids to play with raised garden beds so no one runs over the flowers. When a garage has a large work bench and makes cars shrink in size because of the available room, nothing needs to be added. New shingles on the garage in 2010 with eaves & soffits. Then there's the inside, with a little paint and work, this home would service any family and their guests with the total of 5 bedrooms. The family room downstairs and the livingroom host cozy fireplaces with, again, ample room for sitting. Some renoes have been done inside with new bath in basement, but I admit, there is some work left to be done. This house has great potential and ready to move.
